All shipments received at our facilities are documented on an NDS receiving report. This report, along with a copy of the pack slip and freight bill are provided for your records. All shipments released from our facilities, whether by delivery or contractor pick up, are documented on an NDS delivery or pick up ticket with the signature of your local representative.
Your information is also available via our website. All inventories, receiving reports, pack slips, freight bills and delivery or pick up tickets may be accessed at any time through our secure customer portal. Upon request, your NDS account manager can provide a username and password to allow access to you and your designated company representatives.
